Seetec Justice works in prisons across England. Our desired outcome is the same everywhere: successful rehabilitation.
Similar to our approach in the community, we work with prisoners to help them achieve their rehabilitative goals, making sure we keep families, the National Probation Service, other Community Rehabilitation Company providers and stakeholders informed and involved.
Employment and skills
The journey to rehabilitation will be different for each person. But at Seetec we believe that employment is a critical step, together with accommodation, family and community support. Combining our strong legacy as an employability and skills provider with our offender management expertise, Seetec has supported over 100,000 people into work and 35,000 people to achieve accredited education or training outcomes since 2011.
Through employing specialist recruitment advisers, some ex-service users themselves, we are able to understand and support offenders, both motivating them and helping them overcome barriers to find paid employment.

Employer led
Our collaboration with trusted and established employers, allows us to design employer-led initiatives that get people into sustainable jobs following their release. Through job matching, skills acquisition, soft skills training and work experience, we help people move into work.
Every individual is different, and the level of support they need will vary. Involving others is a crucial part of this and, when the person is sufficiently motivated, the results can be impressive.
