When you successfully complete an apprenticeship, you’ll receive a nationally recognised qualification – on top of earning money and valuable work experience. And it doesn’t stop there – you have the opportunity to work towards a degree-level qualification.

Creating an Apprenticeship standard to suit your employer

Creating an Apprenticeship standard for you and your employer

If you’re an employer with a pay bill in excess of £3m per year, from 6 April 2017 you will have to pay what’s known as the apprenticeship levy.

We begin by sitting with you to discuss what your career goals are and what you would like to achieve in your apprenticeship.

The levy will be set at a rate of 0.5% and paid through PAY

To achieve your career ambitions we will match you with an employer of your choice.

The levy money can be spent on apprenticeship training with an approved provider

As a result, you’ll be earning as you learn skills that have been tailored towards your career aspirations to ensure you are on the right path for your dream role.

The government will top up an employers’ levy pot by 10% each month.

After successful completion, you can move up to the next level of apprenticeship learning.
