Chief Executive, Kent, Surrey and Sussex Community Rehabilitation Company
Suki led Kent, Surrey and Sussex Community Rehabilitation Company through transition to the private sector.
Suki has worked for over 22 years in probation and is a passionate advocate for its role in protecting the public and helping people to turn away from crime. Under her leadership, government inspectors judged KSS CRC in 2017 to be “performing well”. In 2018, the area became the first in the UK to launch an academic research unit for probation work, drawing on probation and academic expertise to evaluate what works to reduce reoffending.
Suki is a qualified probation officer and has previously worked at the Ministry of Justice, the National Offender Management Service (now called HMPPS) and inspectorate on national policy and standards.
