Melanie Joined Seetec in 2016 serving as group board lead for our Apprenticeship and Skills Business
Melanie has over 24 years’ experience in the apprenticeship and skills arena. For the past fourteen years, she has held a Director of Skills role where she led on the apprenticeship and skills strategy and delivery for large corporate employers and training providers. Melanie has also acted as the nominee in four Ofsted inspections within different organisations over the last eight years – all of which were graded as Good (Grade 2) in all areas. Melanie passionately believes in the power of the apprenticeship programme helping others to improve their skills and succeed in their chosen field.
Melanie led and was the chair for the trailblazer qualifications in Leadership and Management. She worked with a group of over thirty employers, fifteen universities, the Chartered Management Institute, ILM and the Association of Business Schools to develop a new, government-backed Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management. She went on to lead and chair the group to develop Team Leader Level 3 and Operational Manager Level 5.
