npower and Seetec have recently agreed to
work on a national basis for the recruitment for their Field Sales
Adviser roles.
Strong relationships have been built with
npower and Seetec’s regional Business Development teams where we
have successfully recruited and placed a number of people into the
Field Sales Adviser role in the East of England.
npower are very open minded when
recruiting and look for pro active, outgoing people. They don’t
necessarily need to have any sales experience as npower offer an
excellent training and development programme. One of our current
success stories comes out of our Cambridge Centre:
Alan Bint was referred to Seetec from
Jobcentre Plus at the end of August and joined the Flexible
Routeway programme (ESF). He had been unemployed for
approximately one year and was looking to work for a company where
he could progress and build a career. He had previous experience
managing his own import/ export company and managing a Public
House. He attended the npower assessment day which was held at one
of our centres and was offered a role of Field Sales Adviser.
He has been working for npower for over 3
months now. His Line Manager at npower has stated that he is
doing extremely well and is a valued member of staff who they see
progressing within the company.
npower’s relationship with Seetec will
continue as they grow branches nationally and Seetec have offered
npower the facility to hold interviews within their offices
nationwide.
