Seetec has successfully been running Welfare to Work
and skills training programmes for over 20 years. Our customers are
diverse, come from all walks of life and have varied obstacles to
overcome in their quest to achieve their ambitions. Whether they
want to achieve a qualification, find and retain work or simply
need some advice and support, they all have one thing in common -
they need our help to do it.
At Seetec we are committed to providing our customers with the
best possible combination of guidance, training and support to
enable them to reach their goals. This is achieved through the
passion and commitment of our staff and through the vital
partnerships that we have established and are constantly seeking to
develop and add to.
Our partnerships with the public, private, community and
voluntary sectors are invaluable to us as are our links with
employers. The nature of these partnerships varies according to
customer need and the type of provision; some of our partners are
formal sub-contractors, some act as referral agencies and from some
we purchase customer specific specialist support. All our
partnerships are established and managed on a foundation of mutual
respect, benefit and open and honest communication.
