Two employees from a Basildon logistics firm have impressed
their bosses by achieving top grades in their business and
administration apprenticeship as well as completing the course
before their estimated finish dates.
Learners, Siana and Danielle, who are both Stock Control/Admin
Clerks for the family run logistics company based in Basildon,
Essex were presented with their certificates in an awards ceremony
where they received a bouquet of flowers each and some bottles of
wine. Both the girls trained for their apprenticeships through
Seetec and had worked relentlessly over the year and were thrilled
with their results.
David, Seetec's Business Administrations Assessor said "Siana
and Danielle worked very hard to achieve their qualifications. They
were very fortunate to have full support from their Managers, as
well as the Company who continually encouraged them and allowed the
girls the opportunity to receive training in their
workplace."
Both Siana and Danielle had to complete a structured learning
programme consisting of Level 2 National Vocational Qualification
(NVQ), Key Skills qualifications and a Diploma in Business
Administration within 12 months. They both completed their
apprenticeships within 6 months. Their new qualifications have
already helped them in their job improving their confidence,
technical knowledge of business administration and practical
workplace skills.
