Seetec Takes The Stress Out Of Moving House

 

Local Estate Agents John Cottis and Company attribute their latest success of having an 38 per cent market share down to each member of staff being rigorously trained in Seetec's Estate Agency Apprenticeship programme.

 

Four staff at John Cottis are currently studying for their NVQ's in Estate Agency covering a multitude of topics including organisational skills, customer service and ethics within the industry. In addition, bespoke training is give at various stages of the apprentice's development.

 

John Cottis said "We pride ourselves on customer relations and know that the NVQ is the first step for our trainees to become competent estate agents under the guidance of professional bodies.

 

Moving house is considered to be a stressful experience and we aim through our trained staff to make that journey as easy as possible".

 

Seetec's Estate Agency Apprenticeship is designed for people between 16 and 24 years of age and has a 'hands on' approach to learning - It allows young people to learn and earn whilst on a work placement with a local company.

 

Over 95% of apprentices who complete their training at a particular business go on to a permanent job role within that company..
