Seetec offers a wide range of services to employers including
training, employee search and IT Solutions. Some of these services
are provided absolutely free of charge as they are government
funded whilst others carry a competitive price. To ensure no
misunderstandings, our staff will inform you both verbally and in
writing whether fees are charged and if so at what level.
Staff
Training
Seetec has accredited trainers with business experience and
acumen ensuring that our training is professionally delivered with
pace, purpose and conviction. We do not train people for the sake
of training, we train to achieve pre-defined outcomes that will
benefit organisations and the individuals working there.
IT Training
We offer an extensive choice of training in the latest PC
applications, internet developments and network design &
implementation. We cater for all abilities providing introductory
courses through to professional qualifications. We are aware that
time is always at a premium in the business world and can therefore
offer many of our courses in a blended learning format thus making
considerable savings for the employer.

NVQs and Apprenticeships
We provide a comprehensive range of NVQ courses including
Customer Service, Retail, Administration, Estate Agency, Warehouse
and Insurance. These qualifications are open to existing and new
employees.

Profit from Learning
Where employers have employees without a level 2 qualification
they can apply for free training under the Profit from Learning
scheme. Seetec provides a full service for employers including
assessment, delivery and verification.

Search
Qualified Seetec Staff identify and provide individuals to fill
employer vacancies. We make time to understand organisations needs
and then match those needs with appropriate clients. We offer both
fee and non-fee based services and are therefore in the unique
position of offering a comprehensive recruitment service.
Search and Selections
This bespoke fee-based service offers hand picked clients who
can 'hit the ground running'. The service is quality assured with
our consultants being guided by the Recruitment and Employment
Confederations' code of practice.

Non-fee based Jobsearch
Being a Government funded employment and training provider we
have access to a rich source of potential employees offering a wide
range of skills and experience. Through these programmes we can
arrange Introduction Days or Work Placements where employers can
assess individuals, in-situ, for jobs. Where skills are in short
supply we are in position to run tailored advertising and marketing
campaigns to attract candidates as well as re-train/up-skill close
matches.
