Can you... deliver NVQ programmes to build on our current delivery and business opportunities and ensure Seetec stays at the forefront of work-based learning? Can you manage a team of marketing staff, work-based assessors and internal verifiers across a range of NVQ and Skills training programmes exhibiting a sound understanding of NVQ's along with experience of managing employer led programmes such as the Governments Train to Gain provision?
 
Do you...have a proven track record in managing a similar provision using performance management skills to ensure all programmes achieve and exceed contractual start, occupancy and outcome targets?  
With excellent communication skills you will co-ordinate and strengthen our links and relationships with key stakeholders, including the Learning and Skills Council, Skills Brokers and delivery partners.
