New Deal 25+ is a three-stage programme designed for people aged 25 or over who have been claiming Jobseeker's Allowance for 18 out of the previous 21 months or have been receiving National Insurance credits for 18 months out of 21.  It provides assistance with jobsearch and highlights participants' skills and talents through training, education, work experience and jobsearch support.  Participants must proceed through the following stages:
