sources of support and integrated services. In the field and
backed-up by help-desk services we support over 500 networks,
thousands of PC's and users of all levels, enhanced by our
reputation as a leading provider of Computer
Training.
All of our services are provided by our qualified team of
engineers and support technicians, backed up by major brand leader
accreditations including Microsoft, Cisco and Citrix. Our
extensive support covers all the major operating systems, network
topologies, communication standards, servers and hardware platforms
as well as data transfer services.
We are committed to providing a high level of customer support
for both after-sales support and on-going maintenance.
Working to ITIL standards, we ensure our customers receive the best
support available, we listen to customer needs, and constantly
evaluate our performance. Our new customer support
section, coming soon to this website is another example of
our commitment to improving our service.
Help Desk
Seetec provides a two-tiered support service via our help
desk. 1st line support will take all incoming requirements by
phone, fax, e-mail or Internet and resolve the call. Should the
call require further escalation, for example a complex issue or a
new requirement, the call is moved to 2nd line support to deal
with. Our consultants at this stage will endeavour to resolve
the issue or move it to it's final escalation point, the
development team.
During this period, communication is maintained with the
customer, ensuring they know exactly where their call is. Our
help desk IT system will constantly track the status of the call,
issuing reminders to our consultants should any call be outstanding
for a contracted length of time.
Seetec has a full quota of fully trained field engineers to
respond to any on-site related problems, escalated from our
2nd line of support. Our engineers come from a
wide range of PC service backgrounds, previously working for some
of the largest maintenance companies in the country.
Seetec offers comprehensive maintenance coverage to other
healthcare and non-healthcare organisations. This coverage is
tailored to provide both configuration and support of hardware for
PCTs, hospitals, schools, colleges and businesses. |
