Programmes
Seetec is one of the UK's largest and most experienced private
sector providers of Government funded employment and training
programmes benefiting employers, employees, job seekers and
Government agencies (e.g. Jobcentre Plus, Learning and Skills
Council, Government Offices).
Our delivery includes programmes within New Deal, Work Based
Learning, Train to Gain, Learning Agreement Pilot, Skills for Life
and the European Social Fund where we provide high-quality
information, advice, guidance, training, employability measures and
recruitment services.
Over the last 20 years 400,000 people have been helped by
Seetec; of these 200,000 have gained employment and 80,000 gained
qualifications.
For individuals, we manage a range of Government funded skills
training programmes for both employed and unemployed clients
including Apprenticeships and programmes for adults aged over
25.
For organisations, we can arrange work placements for you to
assess potential employees; we can generate applicant flow for hard
to fill vacancies; we can provide Government funded training
programmes for employees; we can provide advice on a wide range of
employment issues such as Equal Opportunities and Health &
Safety.
