What does EasyBook do?
EasyBook has a number of set-ups and features.
Taking Seetec Appointments one-step further, EasyBook has a
full calling and messaging system built in. Using either
display boards, televisions or plasma screens, customers can be
informed of many things, such as where they are in the queue
and where to go when they are called.
Depending on the media you use, either video or television can
be shown to customers in your waiting area. The video can be
anything from films to local advertising. All messages
for waiting customers can be displayed, ensuring that your
messages are seen by those in the waiting
room.
Who could use EasyBook?
EasyBook is a full appointment call management
system. Any company that has customers either
queuing or waiting to see people/or receive services
can therefore use it.
