An Apprenticeship in hospitality will give you a gateway into varied career covering areas including restaurants; pubs; holiday accommodation; hotels; cafes, in fact any company or business that provides these services – like hospitals .

Apprentices will be provided with the scope to follow a many career paths: from chefs to customer service working in a café to aboard a cruise ship.   There are mandatory units which will cover such aspects as safety and hygiene, customer care and then areas of specialisation dependant on your chosen career path within the industry.  Successful completion of advanced units could lead to opportunities in management or supervisory roles.
