It doesn’t matter what your
circumstances are, whether you are a single parent, have a health
condition or you are a refugee, we treat everyone as an individual
so you will receive advice and support tailored to help you
overcome the issues that are holding you back.
We are committed to creating an environment in
which all of our customers and learners have equality of
opportunity regardless of their background, gender, race, religious
belief, disability or sexual orientation.
All our Advisers will provide you with
confidential, accurate and up-to-date advice, information and
guidance and can help you with issues such as managing debt,
alcohol/drug misuse, homelessness or childcare issues. If we
can’t help you, we will be able to refer you to a specialist
organisation that can.
Our support doesn’t just end there - we can
help with the little expenses such as travel fares for interviews,
childcare costs and interview clothes that can push you over your
tight budget.
It’s only natural for you to be a little anxious and nervous
before starting a new job. If you have any concerns before or
even during employment, your Adviser will continue to be available
to support you and your employer.
