What is Response to Redundancy?

Response to Redundancy is a new programme funded by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) and the European Social Fund (ESF) designed to support people who have either been made redundant or have recieved notice of redundancy.

How can Response to Redundancy help you?

Response to Redundancy will:

• help you identify those skills you have and those you need to give you the best possible chance of remaining employed
• deliver skills training to meet the skills gaps you feel are holding you back from getting a job.
• help you increase or refresh your job finding skills, including personal effectiveness,  your interview techniques and / or your CV writing skills.
• provide you with support and ways to boost your confidence
