Language and employability is designed to help you
improve your english language and employability skills so you
can find suitable work.
The programme can also help you if you suffer
from health conditions or disabilities which may make it harder for
you to find employment
What help will I

- ESOL (English for Speakers of Other
Languages) training
- Job search assistance including writing a CV, completing
application forms and interview techniques
- Access to work related training and work placements
- Advice on financial benefits such as working tax credits
- Confidence, motivation and self esteem building sessions
- Impartial information, advice and guidance
- One to one specialist support to help you overcome issues
Who can
join?
This programme is available to people who live
in Luton and particularly suitable if you are unemployed
and need to improve your English skills, or if you have health
problems that have made it difficult for you to find work. It
is funded by Luton Borough Council and the European Social
Fund (ESF).
