Flexible Routeway is European Social
Fund (ESF) funded part time programme for people who want to
work but need additional help in achieving their job
goals.
Personal circumstances can often stand in the
way of finding a job, and this programme offers individual support
and training designed to help a person overcome their issues.
What
help will I receive?
- Job search assistance
including writing a CV, completing application forms and interview
techniques
- Access to work related
training and work placements
- Advice on financial
benefits such as working tax credits
- A £150 back to work
bonus on starting work
- Confidence, motivation
and self esteem building sessions
- Confidential one-to-one
advice from your Adviser even when you find work
- Advice and assistance
with childcare and travel costs
Who
can join?
Flexible Routeway is available to people who
live in Cambridgeshire and Suffolk who are currently unemployed,
including people who are not claiming benefits. If you
live outside this area please contact your local Jobcentre Plus (link

your nearest Flexible Routeway provider.
