Our apprenticeship training covers a variety of job types and industries. 

Depending on your employee’s current skills and qualifications, they can gain either a basic or advanced qualification in:

 

  • ITQ (City & Guilds)
  • Business & Administration (City & Guilds)
  • Customer Service (City & Guilds)
  • Retail (City & Guilds)
  • Teamleading (Institute of Leadership & Management)
  • Storage & Warehouse (City & Guilds)

 

What do you and your staff get?

 

  • Your employees will have a tailored Personal Development Plan comprising of individual learning units relevant to your industry.
  • You will both receive dedicated support from your personal Learning & Development Consultant.
  • Regular visits from your Consultant to evaluate and monitor your employees learning whilst at work
  • Your Consultant will only visit at times convenient to you and your staff.
  • An qualification for each participating employee
  • Eligibility for the Employer’s Badge scheme which distinguishes you as an employer with a highly trained workforce

 

 

On average an apprenticeship takes between 8-12 months to complete based on a minimum of 1-2 hours per week.

 

What's more, you may also be eligible for a Apprentice grant under the new AGE 16-24 scheme, more information can be found here.
