If you want to remain competitive in this economic climate,
you still have to ensure that your employees have the necessary
skills they need to do their jobs. This is one area you can’t
afford to cut back on.
Seetec’s range of NVQ qualifications will allow your staff to
gain a nationally recognised qualification, underpinning their job
knowledge and competency and in the long run improving your
organisation's productivity and profitability.
We offer level 1 and 2 NVQ’s through the Train to Gain
initiative and the Apprenticeship scheme. We offer courses in:
- Business Administration
- Contact Centre (Call centre
operations)
- Customer Service
- ITQ
- Logistics (Storage and
Warehousing)
- Distribution and Warehousing
- Numeracy and Literacy
Forget the cliché that staff training is expensive and time
consuming; all Seetec’s courses are Government funded, and NVQ
qualifications can be achieved whilst on-the-job meaning your staff
do not have to attend college or night school.
Every day 1.3 million people across the UK go to work without
the skills needed to do their jobs properly - costing employers
thousands of pounds in profit.
With help from Seetec and your investment in staff skills, you
will see an increase in motivation and morale, increasing staff
retention and ensuring the quality of your workforce. A skilled and
qualified work force will in turn increase your productivity and
turnover.
NVQ
Qualifications
Undertaking a training course with Seetec will provide your
staff with a qualification called an NVQ. NVQ stands for National
Vocational Qualification and is an industry and nationally
recognised qualification which is gained through assessment and
learning in the workplace.
To gain an NVQ your employees do not have to attend night school
or college. NVQ’s are work related, competency based qualifications
which means learners have to provide evidence from their job to
demonstrate their understanding and capability.
An NVQ helps your employees focus on the theory behind their
work so that they have a better understanding of their job role. It
addresses specific areas such as best practice and underpins their
competence giving them the ability to adapt to future business
requirements.
Seetec provides level 1 and level 2 NVQ’s depending on
employees’ qualifications.
There are 2 routes to gaining an NVQ, either through the Train
to Gain initiative or by undertaking an Apprenticeship.
