Founded in 1984, the organisation has grown organically over the last 25 years to become one of the UK’s largest and most experienced providers of Government funded welfare to work and skills training programmes.  Seetec helps thousands of people each year to find work or gain qualifications through a diverse portfolio of employability and skills contracts including New Deal, Pathways to Work and Train to Gain.  Employing over 500 staff across a national network of 50 employment and training centres Seetec’s customers benefit from a wealth of unique experience.

As a leading IT Training and software provider Seetec offers support, training and services to: individuals, training providers, businesses and healthcare organisations, across the UK, through its bespoke IT Training and software solutions. An example of one of its many innovative solutions is ‘Provider Enterprise’ a product designed to help manage services in the welfare to work and skills training markets.

Employment Services

Seetec firmly believes that empowering individuals to move off benefits and into sustainable employment is the best route out of poverty and into healthy, happy and fulfilled lives.

Through a UK wide range of employment programmes, delivered primarily on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and Jobcentre Plus (JCP), Seetec works closely with thousands of jobseekers, employers and partner providers every year to support unemployed and economically inactive individuals into work.

Seetec delivers a variety of Government funded programmes. These include those aimed at the long term unemployed, such as the New Deal programmes, to those designed for people with disabilities and health conditions such as Pathways to Work and New Deal for Disabled People.  Seetec is also one of the largest suppliers of DWP programmes funded by the European Social Fund, offering employability support to disadvantaged jobseekers from all walks of life, helping them to address and overcome those barriers which prevent them from entering sustainable employment.

Training Services

Gaining new skills to compete in the labour market and progress within a profession is increasingly vital; Seetec has been delivering a wide range of training programmes since its inception in 1984 and continues to expand delivery in the NVQ and IT training markets.

Seetec is a leading provider of the Learning and Skills Council’s (LSC) flagship Train to Gain programme. We deliver this across six regions of the UK, supporting employers' workforces' development objectives and delivering quality NVQ services to meet the learner's needs with a team of experienced, professional Learning and Development Consultants and innovative online learning technologies.

IT Services

As Seetec has grown and diversified over the last 25 years, its roots as an IT training and software company are still as strong as ever.  Seetec delivers a range of IT certification programmes, with customers benefiting from skilled, knowledgeable tutors and bespoke training materials.
